- No Breed Restrictions
- Maximum Weight 40 Pounds
- Up to 2 Pets Per Apartment
- $250 Nonrefundable Pet Fee
- $25/Month Rent for Pets 20 Pounds or Less
- $40/Month Rent for Pets Over 20 Pounds
